General Sales Conditions
The present General Conditions of Sale define the framework of the commercial relations established between MG Guitare Edition and its customers. A contract exists at the time of payment validation, the General Sales Conditions must be read and approved.

Article 2: Products
The customer must have a computer, internet access and printer.
MG Guitar Edition offers music scores in PDF format.
PDF files can be read and printed using the Acrobat Reader available at http://get.adobe.com/fr/reader/
PDF files are to be printed by the customer.
A password is requested when opening the PDF file: it will be given when you purchase.
Printing is not permitted by a PDF printer.
Immediately after purchase, the customer will receive an email containing his invoice and a secure link to the purchased PDF file (s).
The customer has 7 days to download his PDF file, after this time, this file will be deleted from our servers.
Article 3: Rates
All prices are in Euros.

Blue card, Visa, Mastercard via Paypal secure payment platform
Article 4: Copyright
This entire site is governed by French and international legislation on copyright and intellectual property.
All reproduction rights are reserved, including for downloadable documents and iconographic and photographic representations.
Article 5 – Withdrawal and Claims
Pursuant to Article L. 121-20-2 1° of the Consumer Code,”the right of withdrawal may not be exercised for contracts for the supply of services whose performance has begun, with the consumer’s agreement, before the end of the period of seven (7) clear days”. In other words, any score downloaded (in PDF format) by the customer cannot be refunded.

Article 6 – Applicable law and jurisdiction
The site is subject to French law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts in case of disagreement.
